The leader of the legendary rock band Scorpions at a concert in Tel Aviv picked up the flag of Ukraine from the audience in the hall and went on stage with it.
After the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Scorpions perform their famous 1990 ballad "Wind of Change" with changed words - instead of mentioning Moscow, which was a symbol of the desire for change at the time of writing the song, it now sings that "in My heart is Ukraine".
During the performance of the song, the leader of the band, Klaus Meine, picked up the flag of Ukraine from the audience in the hall and walked with it across the stage to the audience's ovation.
