On January 21, 2018, the laboratory conducted an analysis of the functioning of QMS by senior management.
During the quality meeting, the QMS functioning and the laboratory activities for the second half of 2018 were analyzed.
The quality meeting discussed the following issues, namely analysis:
- Status of Prior Action Taken Out of Top Management
- Internal and External Audit Results
- Customer Feedback
- inappropriate lab work, OOS results, causes, and corrective action
- Meeting the 2018 Quality Goals
- the results of risk identification, mitigation measures
- the results of in-laboratory controls, interlaboratory comparisons, professional testing, etc.
Based on the results of the meeting, recommendations were given on improving the activities of the QMS processes / sub-processes, the need for changes to internal documentation, the acquisition of additional resources.
